Content rules

On this page

Wandura has rules about what you can create, and the same rules apply to everything you make in Drama Studio: prompts, uploaded images, scripts and generated results. This page explains what isn't allowed, what happens when something is blocked, and how to keep your film moving. The binding text is section 6 of the Terms of Use.

What you can't create

You may not use Wandura to create or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, or infringes other people's rights, including intellectual property;
  • shows real people in a misleading or harmful way without their consent;
  • contains nudity, sexual activity or any other sexually explicit or pornographic material, including requests to undress someone, to make clothing see-through, or to show a real or famous person in a sexual or intimate way;
  • involves minors in any sexual or suggestive context;
  • promotes violence or hate;
  • tries to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to get around its safety checks.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wandura.

Suggestive content

Besides explicit content, suggestive requests are blocked too, for example:

  • lingerie, underwear, bikinis or swimwear on a person;
  • "sexy" or seductive posing;
  • see-through, sheer or wet clothing;
  • intimate scenes in a bed, bedroom, shower or bath.

Romance itself is not blocked. To keep romantic scenes from being blocked, carry them through looks, dialogue and what the characters do, and keep them out of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Real people and uploaded media

Only upload media you own or have permission to use. Every person whose face is visible must have agreed. When you upload, you confirm that you have the right to use the image and that it doesn't show anyone's likeness without their explicit consent.

Note: Video model providers run their own checks. A reference picture or starting frame can be rejected if it appears to show a real person, and this can happen with AI-generated pictures too. When that happens the credits are refunded. Try a different reference picture, or contact support if you think the rejection is wrong.

Real public figures

You can't generate real public figures — celebrities, politicians, heads of state, athletes, influencers, business leaders or historical figures, living or dead — as themselves: their face, likeness or voice. This covers prompts that name them and uploaded photos of them. A style reference ("in the style of Wes Anderson", "hair like Messi"), fictional characters and generic roles ("a president") are fine. These blocks never count toward an account suspension.

Wandura Enterprise workspaces with the rights to a person (for example a signed brand ambassador) can ask Wandura to allow that person, with a set of approved photos, for the workspace.

How checking works

Every prompt, uploaded image and generated result is checked automatically. When something breaks the rules:

What was blocked What happens Credits
Your prompt The request doesn't run. Not charged
An uploaded image The request doesn't run. Not charged
The generated result The result is never delivered. Refunded

What you see when something is blocked

The error card is titled Safety check. The message tells you what was blocked:

Situation Message
Prompt blocked "This request was blocked by our content policy. Wandura does not generate nudity or sexual content."
Uploaded image blocked "An uploaded image was blocked by our content policy. Wandura does not accept or generate nudity or sexual content."
Prompt names a real public figure "This request was blocked by our content policy. Wandura does not generate real public figures (celebrities, politicians, athletes, historical figures)."
Uploaded image shows a real public figure "An uploaded image was blocked by our content policy: it appears to show a real public figure, which Wandura does not generate."
Result blocked "The result was blocked by our content policy — Wandura doesn't deliver nudity or sexual content. Your credits have been refunded."
The model's own check rejected the prompt or image "Your prompt or image didn't pass the safety check. Your credits have been refunded — try rephrasing or use a different photo."
The model's own check rejected the result "The result didn't pass the safety review. Your credits have been refunded — try a different prompt."

When a prompt or upload was blocked, the card has no Try again button, because the same input would be blocked again. Change the prompt or the picture first. When a result was blocked, you can try again, and the card may offer a different model.

Fixing a blocked scene

  1. Read the scene's prompt in the Scene tab and remove anything suggestive, including clothing descriptions such as swimwear or "wet shirt".
  2. Check the scene's references. If a character or background picture shows too much skin, regenerate or replace it in the Assets tab.
  3. If the block came from a reference picture of a person, try a different picture.
  4. Render again. You were not charged for the blocked attempt.

Repeated violations

Repeatedly trying to create content that breaks these rules leads to your account being suspended. A suspended account can't generate or buy credits. If you think your account was suspended by mistake, contact support@wandura.ai.
