Workspaces (Enterprise)

Credits, pool and wallets

Markdown
On this page

A workspace has one pool of credits and a wallet for each person. The Owner and Admins move credits from the pool into wallets, and each person spends only their own wallet. Prices are the same as in your personal space; see Credits and pricing.

The basics

  • Pool: credits not yet given to anyone. Only the Owner and Admins see it.
  • Wallet: the credits allocated to one person. Leftover credits carry over.
  • No expiry. Credits in the pool and in wallets don't run out after a set time, unlike personal credit packs. They stay for as long as the workspace exists, including while it is suspended.
  • Separate from personal credits. Your personal plan and credits are never used in a workspace, and workspace credits are never used for personal work. Credits can't be moved between workspaces.
  • Failed jobs are refunded to the wallet that paid for them, or to the pool if that person has left.
  • Viewers don't hold or spend credits.

Fund the workspace

The Owner and Admins buy credits for the pool on the Billing tab.

  1. Open Billing and pick a pack. Press Buy for $….
  2. Pay on the Stripe checkout page. The invoice can carry your company name and tax ID.
  3. Back on Wandura, the page shows Credits added once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute.

Good to know:

  • Workspace packs are sold at list price. Promotion codes and personal-plan offers don't apply.
  • You don't need a personal plan to buy for a workspace.
  • If the page says Payment received, but no credits were added, the purchase needs a review. Contact support@wandura.ai: Wandura either adds the credits or refunds you.
  • Some workspaces are funded with a budget granted by Wandura under a separate agreement instead of by card.

Refunds

The Owner can ask for a refund of a workspace pack within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@wandura.ai. The unspent part of the pack is refunded, and those credits are removed from the pool and wallets. Credits already spent are not refunded. If a payment is refunded or disputed with the bank, the matching credits are taken back from the pool first, then from unspent wallet balances. If a dispute ends with the payment staying with Wandura, contact support and the credits are added back. Full terms: Terms of Use, section 8.6.

Share credits with people

Open Credits. The page shows the Workspace pool, the credits In wallets, and a row for each person with Allocated, Spent and Available.

Action What it does Who can do it
Allocate Moves credits from the pool into a wallet Owner → anyone except Viewers; Admin → Members
Reclaim Moves unspent credits from a wallet back to the pool Owner → anyone; Admin → Members and Viewers
Hold / Release Pauses a wallet so it can't spend, or lets it spend again Owner → anyone but themself; Admin → Members

Credits held by a job that is still running show as held and can't be reclaimed until the job ends. If someone is changed to Viewer, the credits in their wallet stay locked there until an Owner or Admin reclaims them.

Ask for credits

When your wallet runs low, Admins and Members can ask for more:

  1. Press Request credits on the workspace Overview, or in the dialog that opens when a generation needs more credits than you have.
  2. Enter the amount (a whole number up to 1,000,000) and an optional note. Press Send request.
  3. The Owner and Admins are notified. When they approve, the credits land in your wallet and you get a notification.

Requests appear on Credits with Approve and Decline. Approving is the same as allocating, so the same rules apply. The Owner doesn't send requests; they allocate to themself from the pool.

Who pays for what

  • Generations (images, video, voices, music) are paid by the person who presses the button, from their wallet in the workspace the tab is using.
  • Inside a shared film, writing with the assistant and chatting are also paid by the person who clicks, not by the film's director.
  • Web Editor renders are paid by the person who starts the render.

Usage

Usage shows credits spent per day over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, By member and By model or tool, and per film. Owners and Admins see everyone; a Member sees their own wallet. Usage is shown in credits only.

When someone leaves

When a person leaves, is removed or deletes their account, the unspent credits in their wallet go back to the pool. What they made stays in the workspace.
