Roles and permissions

Every member of a partner organisation has exactly one role in that organisation: admin, marketer, partner or developer. The role decides which screens appear in the sidebar and which actions Wandura accepts. The same person can hold a different role in another organisation. Only an admin of your organisation can change roles; see Team and organisation.

The four roles

Note: Hiding a screen is a convenience, not the protection. If you open a screen your role does not cover, the portal sends you back to your starting screen, and Wandura refuses the underlying action with a message that names the role it needs.

Who sees whose work

An admin sees every creative and batch in the organisation. Every other role sees only the creatives and batches they created themselves. A creative that belongs to someone else behaves as if it does not exist.
