# Getting started with workspaces

A workspace is a shared space on Wandura for a company, a studio or a project group. Everyone in it uses one credit pool, and you make films together in Drama Studio. This is **Wandura Enterprise**. It lives at `www.wandura.ai/enterprise`.

> **Note:** Workspaces are new in October 2026 and are still being extended. If you don't see **Workspaces** in your account yet, they are not switched on for it.

## Personal space and workspaces

Your account always has a **Personal** space: your own plan, credits and creations. A workspace is separate from it.

- **Credits never cross over.** What you generate in a workspace is paid from your wallet in that workspace, never from your personal credits, and the other way round.
- **History stays apart.** Your personal history shows only personal work, and a workspace shows only its own work.
- **The sidebar shows which wallet you are spending.** Its switcher is captioned **Active wallet**. Pick **Personal** or a workspace there. On a workspace page you can also press **Use this workspace**.

If a page belongs to one workspace but your tab is spending another wallet, Wandura says **You're generating with …** and offers to switch. Nothing is charged to the wrong wallet.

## Create a workspace

1. Open `www.wandura.ai/enterprise` and press **Create workspace**. You can also pick **New workspace** in the sidebar switcher.
2. Type a name of 2–80 characters. Links and email addresses are not allowed in the name.
3. Press **Create workspace**. You become its **Owner**, and the credit pool starts empty.

You can own up to 3 workspaces. If you need more, ask Wandura support.

By creating a workspace you agree to the workspace terms in the [Terms of Use](https://www.wandura.ai/terms#workspaces). In short: work made in a workspace belongs to the workspace, and its Owner and Admins can see members' drafts.

## Roles

| Role | What they do | Spends credits |
|---|---|---|
| **Owner** | Runs the workspace, its money and ownership. Sees every section. | Yes, from their own wallet |
| **Admin** | Invites people, allocates credits to Members, approves credit requests and films. | Yes, from their own wallet |
| **Member** | Generates and makes films with the credits in their own wallet. | Yes, from their own wallet |
| **Viewer** | Views and downloads the workspace's approved films. Free. | No |

What each role sees on the workspace page:

| Section | Owner and Admin | Member | Viewer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overview, Members | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Usage | ✓ (everyone) | ✓ (own wallet) | — |
| Credits, Billing, Audit log | ✓ | — | — |

## Invite people

1. Open the workspace and go to **Members**.
2. Press **Invite people**, type an email address and choose a role. The Owner can invite Admins, Members and Viewers; an Admin can invite Members and Viewers.
3. The invitation works only for that email address and expires after 14 days.

> **Note:** Invitation emails go out only once the workspace has credits. Before the first purchase, the invitation is still created and listed under **Pending invitations**. The person can accept it from `www.wandura.ai/enterprise` while signed in with the invited address, and the email is sent as soon as the pool is funded.

To accept, sign in with the invited email address and open `www.wandura.ai/enterprise`, or the link in the email. Press **Accept invitation**. If the page says **This invitation isn't available**, it has expired, was revoked or used, or was sent to another address.

## Change roles, remove people, leave

- **Change a role:** on **Members**, use **Change role**. The Owner can change anyone except themself. An Admin can switch people between Member and Viewer.
- **Remove someone:** they lose access right away. Credits left in their wallet go back to the pool, and their work stays in the workspace.
- **Leave:** press **Leave workspace**. Credits left in your wallet go back to the pool.
- **The Owner can't leave** until they transfer ownership to an Admin.

### Transfer ownership

1. Make the person an Admin first. Ownership can only go to an Admin.
2. On **Members**, press **Transfer ownership**, pick the new Owner and press **Email me a code**.
3. Enter the 6-digit code from the email. The new Owner runs the workspace and its money, and you become an Admin.

## Audit log

Owners and Admins can open **Audit log**: membership, money, settings and film changes (hand-offs, approvals, renders, downloads). Spending per generation is in **Usage**.

## When a workspace is suspended

If Wandura suspends a workspace, its page says **This workspace is suspended**. Spending, allocating, invitations and purchases are paused until it is reactivated. You can still sign in and see it. Contact [support@wandura.ai](mailto:support@wandura.ai).

Wandura can also put workspaces in read-only mode for a short time, for example during maintenance. You can still view and download your work and see balances; generating, editing and buying are paused. See the [Terms of Use](https://www.wandura.ai/terms#workspaces).

## Privacy in a workspace

- Work you make in a workspace belongs to the workspace.
- The Owner and Admins can see your work in the workspace, including drafts, your wallet and your usage.
- Nothing from your personal space is visible to a workspace.

Details are in the [Terms of Use](https://www.wandura.ai/terms#workspaces) and the [Privacy Policy](https://www.wandura.ai/privacy#workspaces).
