# Team and organisation

Admins manage their organisation on the **Organization** screen under **Setup**. It has three tabs: **Overview**, **Film access** and **Members**. Other roles do not see this screen. Your organisation is always the one shown on the card at the bottom of the sidebar; you cannot view or change another organisation from here.

## Overview

**Overview** shows your organisation's profile: the number of members, how long you have been a partner, your export quota for the month, and activity counts.

| Export quota figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Monthly limit | Your organisation's export budget for the month. |
| Reserved | Time held for creatives that are approved and still rendering. |
| Settled | Time used by final renders that have completed. |
| Available | What is left this month. |

## Film access

**Film access** lists every film licensed to your organisation, with its licence window and whether streaming and exports are enabled. The table is read-only; to add a film, change rights or extend a window, ask in your team's Wandura Discord channel.

## Members

**Members** lists everyone in the organisation with their role, and your pending invitations.

### Add a person

1. Open **Organization** → **Members**.
2. Under **Add people**, enter the person's email address.
3. Choose a role:- **Marketer** — create and follow creatives
  - **Admin** — also review, manage formulas and the team
  - **Partner** — watch films only
  - **Developer** — API keys and integrations only
4. Optionally open **Note (optional)** and write why the membership is changing. The note is recorded in the audit log.
5. Press **Add**.

What happens next:

| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| The address already has a Wandura account | The person joins immediately and appears in the member list. No email is sent. |
| The address has no account yet | Wandura emails an invitation. The person joins when they sign in with that exact address. The invitation shows as **Waiting for them to sign in**. |
| The invitation email could not be sent | The invitation is still saved. Ask the person to sign in with that address, or add them again to retry the email. |
| The person is already a member | Nothing changes; the portal tells you they are already a member. |

A person can belong to several organisations, so you can add someone who already works with another partner organisation. See [Switch organisation](https://docs.wandura.ai/partners/sign-in#switch-organisation).

### Pending invitations

The **Pending** list shows each invitation with its role and state:

| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting for them to sign in | Sent and still valid. Press **Withdraw** to cancel it. |
| Joined | The person signed in and joined. |
| Withdrawn | An admin withdrew it. |
| Expired | More than 14 days passed without a sign-in. Add the person again to send a new invitation. |

### Change a role

Pick a new role in the role list next to the member. The change applies straight away; the member sees their new screens the next time the portal loads.

### Remove a member

Press **Remove** next to the member. Removing a membership does not delete the person's Wandura account; they simply lose access to this organisation.

> **Note:** An organisation always keeps at least one admin. You cannot demote or remove the last admin; promote another member to admin first.
