# Partner portal

The partner portal at `https://partner.wandura.ai` is the web workspace for organisations that license films from Wandura. Your team uses it to watch the films licensed to you, turn episodes into short ad creatives, review and approve those creatives, keep your brand kits, and manage the people and API keys of your organisation. This section explains each screen for the people who use it day to day. ## What you can do

What you see depends on your role in the organisation. A **partner** only sees Films, a **developer** only sees Developers, and **admins** and **marketers** see the creative workspace. See [Roles and permissions](https://docs.wandura.ai/partners/roles) for the full matrix.

## The Home screen

Admins and marketers land on **Home** after signing in. It shows your organisation's export budget for the month and four tiles: films licensed, creatives in your library, batches running, and, for admins, creatives awaiting review. The recent batches list refreshes every 15 seconds while a batch is still running.

If a number cannot be loaded, the tile shows a dash rather than zero, and a message above the tiles says which part failed. Press **Refresh** to try again.

## Suspended organisations

If Wandura suspends your organisation, you can still sign in, but a red banner appears on every screen. Films are hidden, and rendering, approvals and branding changes are blocked until the suspension is lifted. Contact Wandura in your team's Wandura Discord channel to resolve it.

## Getting help

When something fails, the portal shows the reason on screen. If you need to report a problem, include what you clicked, the time, and the exact message you saw, and post it in your team's Wandura Discord channel.
